Important Info

Cancellation Policy:

We require a $30 deposit per room per reservation. This deposit goes towards your room charge once you stay and is non-refundable.

You have up to 14 days before your reservation to cancel and will only be charged the non-refundable deposit. If you must cancel your reservation less than 14 days in advance, and we are unable to rebook your room then you will be charged the full price for the reservation.

Children:

Well-behaved and supervised children are welcome. Since our rates are for one or two people per room, there is an additional fee of $20 a day for every additional person after two. Children under the age of 2 are free. Unruly or unsupervised children will be given a mocha milkshake and a puppy for the trip home. :-)

Smoking:

The Woodrow House is a non-smoking facility (this includes the Suites and the Caboose). Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside our Bed and Breakfast. You are welcome to smoke outside on either the porches or balconies. Ashtrays are available on the patio tables.

Check-in and Check-out Times:

Please try and check in between 3:00-7:00 pm. If you need an earlier or later time, please contact the innkeepers to make arrangements.

Check-out is at 11:00 am. If you would like to check out at a later time, please contact the innkeepers. Additional fees may be imposed depending on your check-out time.

Breakfast Times:

A full country breakfast is served every morning in the Main house. Breakfast will either be served in the kitchen around the breakfast bar or in the dining room.

Monday-Friday* 7:45-8:30 am

Saturday* and Sunday 8:30-10:00 am

*During some special event weekends we may adjust the time to accommodate early graduations or early football games.

Pool and Hot Tub:

Woodrow House Bed and Breakfast has a beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub.  (Seasonal)

Pool Hours are 8:00 am-10:00 pm.  We do not have a lifeguard on duty so all children must have adult supervision at all times while in the pool area. Our pool area also includes oversized Scrabble, Backgammon, Chess and Checkers built into the pool deck for your enjoyment.

Two Night Minimums:

Special event weekends require a two-night minimum stay. This includes all TTU Home football games and TTU Graduations.
