We require a $30 deposit per room per reservation. This is non refundable, but does go towards your room charge once you stay.
You have up to 14 days before your reservation to cancel. If you give us at least a 14 day notice, you will only be charged the non refundable deposit.
If you have to give us less than 14 day notice, you will be charged full price for the reservation if we cannot rebook it.
Pets are welcome on a case by case basis. There are certain rooms that we allow pets in. Please contact the innkeepers before booking a room. There is a pet fee of $30 a day per pet.
Well behaved and supervised children are welcome. Our rates are for one or two people per room. There is a fee of $20 a day per person for any additional people after two. Children under the age of 2 are free. Unruly or unsupervised children will be given a mocha milkshake and a puppy for the drive home. :-)
Woodrow House is a non-smoking facility. This includes the Suites and the Caboose. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside. You are welcome to smoke outside on the porches or balconies. There are ashtrays located on some of the patio tables.

Please try and check in between 5-7PM. if you need an earlier or later time, please contact the innkeepers.
Check out is 11AM. If you would check out later, please contact the innkeepers. There is an additional fee.
A full country breakfast is served every morning in the Main House. We will either serve in the kitchen around the breakfast bar or in the dining room.
Monday-Friday mornings between 7-8:30AM
Saturday and Sunday mornings between 8:30-10AM
During some special event weekends we may adjust the time to accomodate early graduations or early football games.
Two Night Minimums:
Special Event Weekends do require a two night minumum stay. All TTU Home Football Games and TTU Graduations require a two night stay.
